Obituary

Noreen Renee Levy, a vibrant soul who brought joy and warmth to those who knew her, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026, at the age of 59 in Palm Beach, Florida.

Adopted as an infant by Arnold and Dorothy Levy on September 13, 1966, Noreen was born in Indio, California. She was dearly loved and grew up all over the world with her older brother Alan as they followed her father’s military career. Every summer, she traveled back to Brooklyn, NY, with her mom and brother to spend time with her extended family.

Her family settled in Moreno Valley, California, at March Air Force Base when she was in grade school. She graduated from Moreno Valley High School and left home to pursue her independence.

Noreen loved the ocean, living near the water, her precious dog Mimi, getting her nails done, her pretty jewelry, her friends, family, her children, and her grandchildren. She had a great sense of humor that will be missed. Noreen had a sweet smile and made people feel valued and loved.

Her faith in Jesus was a great comfort to her during tough times, and she loved posting on Facebook memes that reflected her values.

Noreen is survived by her daughter, Chevon, and husband Willie Adams of Memphis, Tennessee, and two grandchildren, Malaya and Jordan; son Cedric Freeman and grandson Khaza of Palm Beach, Florida; son Christopher; and her brother Alan Levy and wife Ann of Laguna Beach, California.

As we remember Noreen, her love and spirit will continue to resonate, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those fortunate enough to have known her. Her absence will be deeply felt, and she will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.
