Gloria Martin Mann, aged 77, of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2026. Born on September 19, 1948, she was a beloved daughter of Zack and Essie Martin. Gloria's life was a beautiful tapestry of moments woven with love, warmth, and kindness. Her presence was a beacon of joy for those fortunate enough to know her. Gloria had an undeniable gift for making everyone feel seen and cherished. Whether it was through her heartfelt conversations, her laughter that could light up a room, or her unwavering support, she imprinted her love on the hearts of many. Gloria is preceded in death by her husband, Elie Mann. Parents, Zack and Essie Martin; 2 daughters, Angela Martin and Tonya Martin, and 1 son, Barrington Carey, Jr. Her siblings: Lorraine Joyner, Viola Jerry, Allene Stoval, Eugene Martin, Eddie Martin, Zack Martin, Jr., David Martin, James D. Martin, Joseph Martin, Jimmy Lee Martin, Herman Witter. Gloria attended Miami Northwestern Senior High School and graduated in 1966. After graduation, she worked at St. Mary's Hospital, Bell South, and Putnam County School Board, from which she retired and moved to West Palm Beach, FL, with her loving daughter, Sirrisa, who was her caretaker and best friend. Gloria is survived by her daughter, Sirrisa Adams (West Palm Beach, FL); sisters, Ruth Haddock (Hamp) Miami, FL, Bertha Wise, Lilburn, GA, Marilyn Witter, Savannah, GA and Betty Jimenez, Gainesville, FL; grandchildren, MarKel Thomas (Paulkeria), West Palm Beach, FL, Michael Thomas II, Lawrenceville, GA, Marcus Thomas (CJ), Katy, TX, Jermarus Martin, Pompano, FL, Barrington III and Baylea Carey Hawthrone, FL, Zaila Lewis, Ocala, FL, 2 great grandchildren, Nyla and Kyla Thomas, West Palm Beach, FL. A very special niece, Crystal Jennings, Lilburn, GA. Her bonus son, Jerrold Harris, of West Palm Beach, FL, and a host of special nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that she loved dearly. As we remember Gloria, we hold close the many precious memories she leaves behind. She touched the lives of countless family members and friends, who will forever cherish the time they shared with her. In a world that often feels hurried and chaotic, Gloria remained a constant source of love and inspiration, reminding us all of the importance of connection and compassion.Her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of everyone she leaves behind.
